DIP Co. Delights opened in 2022 as a family-run labor of love in the heart of Deep Cove, North Vancouver. The Daniali family has been in the food business since 1994, bringing decades of culinary expertise to every creation.
During the pandemic, the Daniali family - with deep Middle Eastern heritage and a passion for European bread-making - began experimenting with fusion recipes. Their goal? To create something that honored both Middle Eastern and European baking traditions.
After countless batches, Focabari was born - not quite focaccia, not quite barbari, but a beautiful marriage of both traditions. This unique bread became the foundation of DIP Co. Delights, where every sandwich tells a story of fusion and craftsmanship.
Today, this artisanal bread is made fresh every morning with wholesome ingredients and a sourdough starter, creating the perfect canvas for our massive, flavor-packed gourmet sandwiches.
